Hello ladies!

Today I bring you an otfit swap, from morning to night. They won't catch you off guard with this simple outfit change.

If you are working on your desk and suddenly your mates propose a fun night out, or you receive a message for having a date that night... Don´t worry!  Just follow these steps you'll be looking glamourous in just minutes.

The main point is to have the right wardrobe prepared for that ocassion.

I've made the look based on the picture I've found of Gemma Atterton, but you can do the same with other kind os skirts or even pants, as long as you feel comfortable!

In the look proposed you keep the pencil skirt and the beautiful clutch from day till night, everything else should be changed ;)

Hoy os traigo un cambio de modelo, de mañana a noche. No os cogerán desprevenidas con este simple cambio de estilismo!

Si estáis trabajando en vuestro despacho y de repente a vuestros compañeros se les ocurre salir a tomar algo después del trabajo, o de repente recibís un mensaje para tener una cita esa misma noche... No os preocupeis! Seguir estos consejos y estaréis glamurosas en cuestión de minutos.

El punto principal es tener preparado el armario correctamente para ese tipo de contratiempos.

Este look está basado en una foto que he encontrado de Gemma Atterton, pero podéis seguir los mismo pasos con otro tipo de faldas o incluso pantalones, es cuestión de estar cómodas!

En el modelo propuesto se mantiene la falda lápiz y el clutch desde la mañana hasta la noche, todo lo demás debería cambiarse ;)

Festivals are coming ·· Jessica Stroup

Today I come with a new look from Glastonbury festival of last year, in this case is Jessica Stroup. She's not as famous as Alexa  but still she's got a great fashion sense. At least when it comes to festival look ;)

It's is a simple and comfortable outfit all in black with just a hint of yellow to cheer it up! Also, as seen on Alexa Chung, the wellies are necessary!

Finally, this is the last post of this first thematic week. I hope you have enjoyed the theme and now I'm open to whatever theme you would like to see here next month! This last post includes a small tribute to one of the most famous pin ups ever, Bettie Page who was a beautiful woman with amazing curves and sexy attitude :)

Well, as you have seen is a high maintenance look if you want to keep it as an everyday look, but is also playful if you just want to put on some high heels and a retro dress with a cat eyeliner. I recommend this style specially tu curvy girls since is very flattering to that types of bodies. Don't be afraid of changing and try it some day, even just on a retro bikini for going to the pool, I'm sure you won't regret it! :)

Como habéis visto, es un look que requiere bastante mantenimiento si lo llevas a diario, pero también es divertido cambiar de vez en cuando, ponerte tacones altos, una falda de vuelo y los labios rojos! Recomiendo este estilo especialmente a las chicas con curvas pues favorece muchísimo y disimula las caderas anchas, especialmente las faldas y vestidos con vuelo. Today I'll publish the last post of the thematic week of the pin ups, but also I wanted to share with you a fresh post so I change the topic of the last days :)

This look is worn by Alexa Chung and she wore it on the Glastonbury Festival where the wellies are totally necessary! So if you're thinking of going to the festival don't forget them at home because the floor is covered completely by mud.

Today is the turn to get the style of a modern pin up girl...Dita Von Teese! She's really elegant and knows perfectly how to wear that vintage style with a modern twist.

By the way, the price of the perfume by Dior is completely real! It is an special edition so that's why it is so expensive. I've never smelled it, but with that price I'm sure it smells like heaven! lol

You won't play with me unless you wear a playsuit!

This new post of the thematic week is about the playsuits! When they were tired of wearing dresses, pin ups opted for beautiful playsuits! I've made a selection of them so you can choose between a more simple denim playsuit or go all navy with the one calle Lieutenant Lucy, that is your choice! They were usually very colorful with stripes patterns or inspired in the navy style, but you could also see more simple ones, it depended on how daring was the pin up ;)

Este nuevo post de la semana temática es sobre los monos. Cuando las pinups estaban cansadas de llevar falda, normalmente optaban por bonitos monos! Today is time to review the lingerie worn by pin ups. This upper photography show some examples wich all have one thing in common, the garter belts and the stockings. It may not be the most comfortable option, but when the skirt goes up is really sexy to show off your garter ;) You can also see corsets, bullet bras and high waisted panties. All that worn with sexy heels!

Hoy toca dar un repaso a la ropa interior llevada por las pin ups. En la imagen superior se ven varios ejemplos con una cosa en común, portaligas y medias. Puede que no sea la opción más cómoda, pero cuando la falda se eleva es muy sexy enseñar un liguero ;) También podéis ver corsés, los sujetadores con forma de cono y las bragas de cintura alta. Todo ello llevado con tacones!

Today is time to get ready for the beach! Pin ups also lay in the sand in wonderful retro bikinis and swimsuits to show their fabulous curves and get their body tanned. Now it's your time to do the same, get the sunscreen and put your skin under the sun :)

That dress is on fire!

This second post of the thematic week is centered in regular day clothing, well just in dresses. Pin ups were sexy and girlie so they usually wore dresses to show off her legs. I took some inspiration on the internet, some of the pictures are from a special that the magazine Vanity Fair did last year were famous actresses pose like pin ups, I totally recommend it to you! Also before continuing reading I'm sharing with you one of the most famous songs during those years so you can put up your dress and go dancing! :)



Este segundo post de la semana temática está centrado en la ropa de diario, más especialmente en vestidos. Las pin ups eran sexys y femeninas así que normalmente llevaban vestido para enseñar sus piernas. He cogido alfunas fotos de inspiración de internet, algunas de ellas son de la revista Vanity Fair. La cual el año pasado hizo posar a unas cuantas actrices famosas como pin ups, os recomiendo totalmente ver las fotos de ese editorial! También, antes de continuar leyendo, os dejo un video con  una  de las canciones más famosas durante esos años para que os pongáis vuestro vestido y salgáis a bailar! :)

So here you have my selection of dresses! Two of them have polka dot print while the first one has small boats print and is a bit shorter. Then I've made a selection of three shoes to combine one of them with each dress. The most typical of that age was the shoes more similar to number two but in summer there were also espadrilles and sexy heel sandals like number one and three.

The accesories were usually small clutches or square bags, pearls as earrings and necklaces, small scarf for the hair, cat eye sunglasses and when the night turned a bit colder, they used cropped cardigans! I haven't included the tights, but that's because there will be another special post about the underwear ;)

Aquí está mi selección  de vestidos! Dos de ellos tienen print de lunares mientras que le primero lo tiene de barquitos y además es un poco más corto. Después hice una selección de zapatos, uno para cada vestido. El zapato más típico de la época se parece más al número dos pero en verano también se llevaban las sandalias sexys the tacón y las de esparto como las número uno y tres.

Los accesorios eran generalmente bolsos pequeños y con forma cuadrada, perlas tanto en pendientes como en collares, pequeños pañuelos para la cabeza, gafas de sol de ojo de gato y para cuando refrescaba por la noche cardigans cortitos! No he incluido las medias pero las incluiré en otro post especial sobre la ropa interior ;)

Feel like a Pin Up!

I've always have felt attracted to the pin up style, is fun, sexy & girlie. It offers lots of variations on the hair and make up even though it has some basic rules but you know, you can always break them! ;) Today I bring you some inspiration, tips and tricks, videos and a list of products to achieve the look! Enjoy it!

Siempre me he sentido atraída al estilo pin up, es divertido, sexy y muy femenino. Ofrece muchísimas variaciones en cuanto a peinados y maquillaje y aunque tenga unas normas básicas, ya sabéis lo que dicen...las normas están hechas para romperlas! ;) Hoy os traigo inspiración, trucos, videos y una lista de productos para conseguir el look! Disfrutadlo!

On this first image I've put the inspiration for the look, you can see classic beauties like Bettie Page but also more modern like Dita VonTesse (on the three pictures on the middle). Katy Perry also wears this look but in a softened version, as you can see on the image at the bottom right.

En esta primera imagen he puesto la inspiración para el look, aparte de las bellezas clásicas como Bettie Page, también se pueden ver versiones más modernas como Dita VonTeese (en las tre imágenes centrales) Katy Perry también es embajadora de este look pero en una version más suave, como podéis ver en la imagen de la esquina inferior derecha.

As I told you before, this look has some rules, you can read them on the title, red lips, cat eyeliner, perfect eyebrows, blush, flirty lashes and sexy red nails! I've made a selection of the best beauty products in the market to achieve this look. I have some of this products and I love them! This is the list of the ones I have and my opinion:

1. M.A.C Russian Red - Perfect matte red, you should exfoliate your lips before using it so it looks good!

2. Chanel Eyeliner in ébene - I love how long lasting this one is, and you can sharpen it to get more precision on the making the cat line.

3. I've got the whole kit of eyebrows and this is a MUST for rebel eyebrows! 

4. Benefit Coralista & Nars in orgasm - the coral color is perfect for my cheeks and my fair skin and coralista's box is so pretty!

5. Diorshow Black out - it makes my lashes full and long, just plain amazing! The one by Maybelline is a perfect choice when you have less budget ;)

6. Chanel nail polish in dragon - chanel nail lacquers always apply smoothly and last at least one week!

Como os he dicho antes, este look tiene sus normas básicas, los labios rojos, el eyeliner de ojo de gato, las cejas perfectas, el rubor, las pestañas coquetas, y las uñas sexys de rojo! He hecho una selección de los mejores productos en el mercado para conseguir este look. Tengo algunos de ellos y me encantan! Esta es la lista de los que tengo y mi opinión sobre ellos:

1. M.A.C Russian Red - el rojo mate perfecto, no olvides exfoliar tus labios antes para un look perfecto!

4. Benefit Coralista & Nars in orgasm - el color coral es perfecto para mi piel más clarita, y no me pude resistir a la caja de Coralista. Nars orgasm es un clásico del maquillaje!

5. Diorshow Black out - consigue que mis pestañas parezcan más largas y voluminosas, simplemente increíble! El de Maybelline es una opción perfecta para presupuestos más ajustados ;)

6. Chanel nail polish in dragon - soy fan de las lacas de uña de Chanel, se aplican sin dificultades y me aguantan sin estropearse al menos una semana!

Key Piece ·· Harem Pant

Este post está hecho alrededor de una pieza, el pantalón de estilo harem. Este modelo exactamente es de French Connection, pero podéis encontrar muchísimos más en casi todas las tiendas o utilizar estas mismas ideas con los pantalones que tengáis. El color elegido para combinar es el naranja! Me gusta que es fresco, me recuerda a los cítricos y da energía, además es un color que anima :)

El conjunto de la izquierda está pensado para el día ya que es más simple y básico, mientras que el de la izquierda es para la noche por la camisa con abalorios y las sandalias con una cuña más elevada. Además he elegido unas manoletinas que se pueden llevar con ambos conjuntos si no os sentís cómodas con los tacones y un pañuelo por si hace un poco más de frío que para ir de manga corta!

Sólo me queda por decir que todo el maquillaje es de Topshop, tiene una línea muy variada y recomendable así que si os acercáis a alguno no dudéis en probarla. Besitos :D

This post is built around one piece, the harem pant. This exact model is from French Connection, but there are a lot of harem pants all around the shops so you can choose a similar one or use these ideas with the ones you have. The color I've chosen to mix it up with is orange! I love how fresh it is, it reminds me of fruits and gives a lot of energy and also cheers you up :)

The putfit on the left is a thought to be worn during the day because it is more simple and basic, while the one on the right is for the night because of the beads on the shirt and the higher sandals. Also I've chosen some orange ballerinas that you can wear with both outfits in case you don't want to wear heels and a scarf also for both outfits in case you need an extra warmer piece!

Finally all the make up is from Topshop, that it has a really good range that I recommend you to see and try! I hope you like it! Kisses :D

I love easy beach looks to go to the beach that you can then wear on the street. The inspiration of today is Katie Holmes. I'm not a real fan of her style but I have to admit that sometimes she appears really glamourous or wears a casual chic style that is very easy to pull off, like in this case.

I couldn't find the ring she is wearing that look like balloons, so I've chosen one that is also big and round like the earth's globe.

Me encantan los looks para ir a la playa que luego puedes trasladar a la calle sin problemas. La inspiración de hoy es Katie Holmes. No soy una verdadera fan de su estilo, pero he de admitir que a veces acierta y hace apariciones muy glamurosas o lleva un estilo casul muy fácil de llevar, como en este caso.

No pude encontrar el anillo que lleva ella que parecen pequeños globos, así que he elegido uno que imita al globo terráqueo.
